By using VoxFood, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
VoxFood is operated by KroGen, obrt za IT usluge, edukaciju i razvoj softvera, 23000 Zadar, Croatia.
Who Can Use VoxFood
- You must be 13 years or older
- You must provide accurate registration information
- One account per person
What is VoxFood
VoxFood is a nutrition tracking app that helps you:
- Log meals by typing or voice
- Get AI-powered nutritional estimates
- Track your nutrition goals
IMPORTANT: Health Disclaimer
VoxFood is NOT medical software.
- Nutritional values are AI estimates, not precise measurements
- Results depend on how you describe your meals
- Don't rely on VoxFood for medical dietary needs (diabetes, allergies, etc.)
- Always consult healthcare professionals for health decisions
- This is a tracking tool, not medical advice
AI Features
Our AI analyzes your meal descriptions to estimate nutritional values.
Understand that:
- AI estimates are approximations
- Unusual foods or vague descriptions may give less accurate results
- Be specific for better results (e.g., "150g chicken breast" vs "some chicken")
- We don't guarantee accuracy
Voice input:
- Audio is processed by AssemblyAI for transcription
- Only describe meals - don't record sensitive information
Your Responsibilities
Do:
- Keep your login secure
- Provide honest meal descriptions
- Use VoxFood for personal nutrition tracking
Don't:
- Share your account
- Try to hack or abuse the service
- Use VoxFood for commercial purposes without permission
- Submit harmful or illegal content
Subscription
VoxFood offers:
- Free tier - Basic features with usage limits
- Premium - More features and higher limits
Premium pricing is shown on the Subscription page. Payment is processed by Polar.
Cancellation:
Cancel anytime from your account. You keep access until the billing period ends. No refunds for partial months.
Service Availability
- We try to keep VoxFood running, but can't guarantee 100% uptime
- Features may change or be updated
- AI services depend on third-party providers
Intellectual Property
- VoxFood's design, code, and AI systems are our property
- Your meal data belongs to you
- By using VoxFood, you let us process your data to provide the service
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law:
- VoxFood is provided "as is"
- We're not liable for health decisions based on our estimates
- We're not liable for service interruptions
- Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, or EUR 50, whichever is greater
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime from Profile settings.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Croatian law. Disputes are handled by courts in Zadar, Croatia.
EU consumers retain their statutory rights and can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform:
